Brenda is a former NPR Kroc Fellow with extensive work experience in the American public radio system as a reporter and producer, filing stories for nationally syndicated shows and podcasts. Brenda came to Google through the acquisition of a start-up named 60dB, a personalized radio app. At 60dB, she helped print newsrooms turn their text stories into sound-rich audio pieces. Brenda has a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University. Brenda advocates for diversity and inclusion in public media. She is based in New York.
